AI Disclaimer
Following the guidelines and policies on AI use in writing assignments as stated in the INF1781 project assessment guide and the Academic Integrity Policy of the Belgium Campus, our group explicitly states the use of AI tools when preparing this project:
- AI tools (like ChatGPT) were strictly used only as productivity tools for assisting in generating ideas for the structure of the paper, summarizing technical concepts, preparing layout (HTML/CSS), and debugging website scripts.
- All the theoretical concepts, system models (ERDs and DSS models), and the application in specific sectors were personally examined, critically analysed, and extensively revised by our team to assure that all are accurate in line with our chosen SME retail scenario.
- The AI tools were used as additional aids in the process of writing and did not replace our group’s own analytical thinking, research, and decision-making.
- Our group claims full responsibility and ownership of the accuracy, creativity, and quality of all written content and deliverables.
